We wish to honor America with this special blend of two excellent coffee beans. Kona: slightly lighter, protect sweetness and mouthfeel... Tarrazú: push development just enough to tame acidity. We took our time with this and we have enjoyed tasting it as much as you will. We didn’t melt everything down into sameness. We honored each voice, then chose unity.
