Precision Engineering and Manufacturing has a team of coffee roasters that are incredible for home use, and a great springboard for moving forward with a coffee roasting business. Not only are the roasters user friendly, they also allow you to learn so much about the roasting process. They operate either manually or automatically.
Customer support is truly the best. I had a question about my first roaster, and they answered immediately. I had an error code on a machine, and they put a technician on the phone to work me through the code. AND they sent my free replacement parts and other goodies.
