I love the Kona profile. These beans did great between a medium to dark roast. Lighter roasting produced hints of a fruity island acidity jazzed up with a hint of herbal spice in the aftertaste. But as I progressed into the medium roast, the cup was pretty low in acidity and the nutty and chocolaty factor presented itself in a good way. I didn't dare take it to dark roast. HONESTY - Not the greatest Kona I have had, but good enough that I wanted to share. (LOW STOCK - WHOLE BEAN ONLY)
