India Monsooned Malabar

One of the more exotic coffees in our inventory, these cherries are grown on the same farms as pepper, cardamom, and oranges. Once they are dried and graded, they enter the unique phase of "monsooning". The coffee is placed inside a warehouse and subjected to monsoonal rains under strict supervision. Once the seasonal rains are gone, the coffee is re-graded by hand and prepared for export. Low acidity. Sweet tones. This will be presented at a dark roast. You will NOT be disappointed.
