You can always tell you have a nice Ethiopian Coffee with one sniff. You cannot go wrong with this Yirgacheffe variant. I am taking it to a Darker roast barely touching or going into second crack. This will give you a robust, strong and semi-sweet, more bakers-chocolate taste. AND, as I promised, I found this coffee that has NOT fallen prey to the inflated costs like other coffees. Enjoy. I am ordering some more.
