We wish to honor America with this special blend of two excellent coffee beans. Kona: slightly lighter, protect sweetness and mouthfeel... Tarrazú: push development just enough to tame acidity. We took our time with this and we have enjoyed tasting it as much as  you will.  We didn’t melt everything down into sameness. We honored each voice, then chose unity. Only available in the 250gram bag (8.8oz).

FIELD REPORT – 1968

In 1968, Covert Coffee CEO arrived in the United States from the Republic of Panama by transport ship. As he entered New York Harbor, passengers gathered at the rails to see Lady Liberty proudly greeting them from her pedestal in the water.


Sadly, our leader was a mere child who did not take in the beautiful site of freedom, but instead, he was distracted by olives placed on their lunch table by the ships crew.


But nonetheless, an incredible journey had begun.


DECLARATION

Mr. Bullard  loves America. He served proudly, as did his father, his brother, and his grandfather. He also has a lineage reaching back to the Army of George Washington.  It is that love for country that has driven Mr. Bullard to create a blend worthy of calling "Liberty Blend".


This blend is more than coffee. It is a celebration of sacrifice; an exclamation of gratitude; and a nod the the everlasting light of freedom.  Within this coffee you will experience the comfort and security of liberty found in every cup.
