Can the year 2025 really be coming to a close? I would pause to look back on the events of the year... but we cannot change the past. I live for today. I roast for today. I take medication to keep me nice today.

 

As we close out the year, we want to offer you a new blend and a few surprise offerings.  Our Christmas blend is the perfect mix utilizing the high caffeine content of Robusta coffee; blended with select Arabica beans to create a bold, creamy and robust taste. A little something to Jumpstart your Holiday with our best high caffeine blend! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.


And keep an eye on our inventory. This month we are also offering coffee from Panama, Peru, Bali (limited), India, and Ethiopia. But reach out to us and ask us for other regions... we are NOT upset with special orders. If you want to purchase Tanzanian Coffee, just ask, I will get you some Tanz Coffee. I work with the greatest Coffee Trader in America.



MASTER ROASTER NOTE:


We take our time roasting your coffee.  Our system allows us to roast your order when we receive it your request; degas the beans 12-24 hours; package the coffee; and have it delivered to your address in five days. That is an important timeline because your coffee needs to rest before providing you the best flavor around. 


Depending on the coffee, we will roast your order using one of two methods, direct heat barrel method, and electric heated air method.  We do roast decaf coffee but you can add an extra day to the turn around time - it's to clean the machines meticulously before and after the roast so as not to contaminate or be contaminated by caffeinated roasts.


Also, on some of the decaf beans, we have to physically suck the caffeine out of each bean separately and we need time to brush our teeth before and after.  (this is humor)


My Coffee Trader has sent me some special coffee that our VIP CLUB will be given first dibs for purchasing. I wish I had more to share with all of you, but I am on a waiting list for this particular coffee. 


But here is the key to getting the best out of our roasted beans:

The proper brew:

  1. Use filtered water
  2. Depending on your preference, use a drip coffee maker, French Press, or Pour Over. (I do have a link in the store for my recommendation for a daily use machine that replicates the Pour Over Process. 
  3. Don't guess on how many grounds to use:
  4. One Ounce of Covert Coffee can brew 4x cups of coffee from your machine or 4x cups in a typical French Press or Brazilian Press.
  5. The perfect cup of coffee requires .25 ounces of ground coffee OR 60x Coffee Beans.
  6. If heating the water manually, remove the water from the heat source just before boiling (212F/100C) begins.  Our coffee is served better at around 150F or 66C
